а) (название, которое носит во время царствования королевы, а не короля, отделение Высокого суда Великобритании; рассматривает по первой инстанции наиболее сложные гражданские дела и апелляции на приговоры магистратских судов по уголовным делам; на правах составных частей Отделения королевской скамьи самостоятельно функционируют Суд адмиралтейства и Коммерческий суд)
б) (серийное издание текстов судебных прецедентов, в котором судебные прецеденты упорядочены по темам и хронологии и каждому судебному прецеденту присвоен номер)
